bulldogs and kids

I just bought an 8 wk old English Bulldog , I have been watching "Divine Canine" on Animal Planet which is a dog training show i seen two on bulldogs, iv'e seen how they can act and now I am kind of worried about mine, I am most concerned about my 6 year old son, should i be concerned about the bulldog getting along with kids, because my son always has friends over i also am concerned about that, he bites a lot now as a puppy, so i dont know if he will continue this habit as an adult , what do you think about English bulldogs and kids?

Every puppy bites at 8 weeks old. Puppies social reference is what they've learned from their siblings, biting, growling and playing rough. Until you teach them differently, this is all they know.
