my dog is very clean and yes i let her sleep with my, she is my child but her feet stink not her coat or ears just her feet. apart from washing them is there a spray or something that might last

Odor usually comes from bacteria of some sort. Without knowing the dog this is hard to assess.  However, you could try a mild bleach solution spray on her feet. Perhaps 1 oz of bleach to a qt of water. Bleach will kill bacteria and it won't hurt the dog at all.

If this continues to be a problem, you might try a different food with a lower protein content. It's probably the oil in her feet that is causing the bacteria and the odor. If it's not unbearable, I'd just carry on.
