biting toes

my 1 year old ebd goes after everyones toes when the take off their shoes so i have to keep her in her cage when we are in the house she spends the day outside so i dont feel so bad but i want her to be able to come in and not attack everyones feet  so she can enjoy the house

Basically, you have a one year old dog that is still exhibiting puppy behavior because no one has taught her otherwise. She's outside all day and apparently no one has put any time at all into teaching her anything.

Get the dog some training. Obedience classes will be a start. Try saying "no" and correcting her by putting her in her crate. Then let her out in about 15 minutes and the next time she does it, same response. You have to put some effort into this.
