Biting Bulldog

Question
Me and my husband have a 11 week old female bulldog called Delilah. We know that puppies are very playful, but she bites constantly. We have been training here and trying to teach her 'NO' but nothing seems to be working. She will bite our fingers, toes or even our face. And she also bites my mother-in-laws dogs. We are just very worried that she will not grow out of this. We would be grateful for any suggestions. Please help!
Thank you

Answer
This is typical behavior for a puppy this age. Keep in mind, that the only experience this puppy has had is with siblings, biting, snarling, etc. She has to be taught proper behavior with humans.  What works best is, immediately, when she bites, yell "NO!" If she bites again, take her paw and bite her toes. I'm serious now! If she bites again, take her by the scruff of the neck and shake her, hard, even if she screams and another "NO". The shaking is something they would learn from their mother if left with the pack. I know this may sound a little bizarre, but it works. You have to be very consistent and if you do, she should be out of this in less than a month. Good luck.!
