hyperactive english bulldog

I have an AKC registered white english bulldog that will be 2 years old in January. She has been hyper since I got her at 9 weeks of age. I work with her regarding obedience(she is stubborn) and I take excellent care of her, however she has not settled down. Is this normal? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If she isn't spayed, that's a good idea. I doubt that she will ever slow down much. Bulldogs that are hyper, and there are some, just never stop. It would drive me insane.

Obedience is a great idea. If you're into it, you can always get her interested in agility. Amazingly enough, some Bulldogs excel at it.  The more exercise you can give her, the better off you'll be.

I wish I had a magic cure for you, but sadly, there is none.
