English Bulldog on heat

Hello my english bulldog is on her 2nd day of her 3rd heat i wanted to see what day is it best to try to breed her like the 3rd day into the heat or when?Also i wanted to know do they stop bleeding when they become pregnant or will she still keep bleeding?If so how will i know if she is pregnant.

Females are usually bred between the 9th and 13th day of their heat. She will stop bleeding when she's out of heat, not for the entire pregnancy.

You won't know she's pregnant for at least a month and then you should start seeing signs such as increased appetite, enlarged nipples. If you don't have any knowledge about this, you're in for a rude awakening.
