olde english bullie has a severe skin problem

Hi!=],I have a olde english bd named Madness. He will be 1 year old next month and I'm feeding purina kibble. Well at first he had pimple like bumps on his head but then it increased to pinkish red bumps all over his body and some of these bumps have dried scabs. His skin is dry and he has a lot of dandruff,he had a scab on his neck that just seems to be getting bigger! He doesn't scratch like crazy either I'm so afraid of what is happening. Since this barely started happening I've been looking on the internet for solutions then spending hundreds at the vet.
