English Bulldog potty training

Our family was lucky enough to adopt a bully In January.For some reason she urinates on her bed every night,and has used our extra bed as a potty also, she is 2 years old.Does anyone have suggestions? Thank You

Take the bed away and put her in a bare crate to sleep.  This isn't uncommon especially with females and changing homes. It's a territorial "marking" behavior, and can become a nasty habit.

Treat her as if she was a new puppy and start at square one. In the crate, outside and no time unattended in the house until she cleans up her act.
