bald spots growing!

my 4-5 yr old bully is a rescue.  i've had her for almost two years.  she developed bald spots on the side of her body last spring into summer then the hair grew back.  now, a year later the bald spots are back and are spreading to the rest of her body!!

This is called seasonal alopecia and there's nothing you can do about it. There is a chance that she might be hypothyroid. Have her tested and if she is the medication is very inexpensive and may solve part of the baldness problem. If she's fine, then you're just going to have to live with the alopecia.  I personally believe that some of this is caused by heat, fleas and diet.
