urinating

hi,my british bulldog missy moo is on her first heat cycle and seems to be urinating alot she also has a small blister looking thing that is on her bottom near the hole, i was just wondering if this was normal as this is the first female animal i have owned???

Your female has a prolapsed uterus and needs to go to the vet asap. This is not uncommon with Bulldogs especially during the first heat.  However, because of this I would suggest that you have her spayed as soon as the cycle is finished.  Your vet may have some suggestions too but in the meantime, make sure the area where she goes to the bathroom is clean and that she doesnt' lie in the dirt.  Her uterus is exposed and she's a prime candidate for a serious infection while this is going on.
