bulldogs breedind

Hi,
  
  i have two bulldogs, a male and a female. The females name is mystery and the male is shadow.They've been together for quite a long time now and finally one day i saw them mating!!!
But then i saw mystery licking shadows BUTT!!!!!!!!!!! She did this for about 5 to 10 minutes. i didnt want to be mean but i seperated them for a day or two. Then i let them see each other and this time shadow was licking mysterys BUTT!!!!!!! I have no idea what in the world is going on but thats just weird. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

If your female is in heat, then they will exhibit this behavior. If you have no experience breeding dogs or raising puppies, especially since you are headed for a c-section delivery, I suggest you have your dogs spayed and neutered asap.  There's nothing "weird" about this behavior at all.
