different kinds/sizes of bulldogs?

What do you have to say about the 'new' different kinds of English Bulldog?  I've now run across French Bulldog, English Bulldog, Olde English Bulldog, and English Miniature Bulldog.  What are your impressions of the pro/con of each?

Both the French and English Bulldogs are AKC registered. The Olde English Bulldogge is considered a rare, alternative breed which has many of the benefits of the modern Bulldog with the health issues associate. I have no information on miniature Bulldogs. In my opinion, Bulldogs have enough problems already without making them smaller.
