Eng. Bulldog Water at night?

19 16:20:05

Question
Hi, I just adopted a 5 month old English Bulldog from a friend. He is pretty much trained to potty outside. My problem is I read that english bulldogs should have water "at all times". I take him out around 10pm for his last potty, but then he comes in and drinks more. During the night he finds a rug or towel to go potty on. Is it ok to water him before his last potty and then take the water away?

Answer
Hi Kerry - If it is 90 degrees in your home then you can't take the water away at night.  Use common sense when it comes to the water.
At the 10 pm potty break, just give him a very limited amount of water before bed.

Good Luck with the new baby!!!
