peeing

I have read some of the question about peeing in the crate.My question is that he pees on every thing and about every five to ten min. I give him water with his food of the morings and of the evenings to.I also give him water if he has been out side and playing hard. He is 13 weeks old. Will he grow out of this

First of all, he shouldn't be playing hard at his age. Secondarily, he should have water available all day and pick it up about 6 in the evening. If it's always there, he won't suck down an entire bowl every time you put it down.

He's a baby. Babies pee all over everything all the time. Of course he's going to get better as he gets older. You need to lower your expectations and have patience with him.
