Shots

My pup was being good at housebreaking and then he recieved his shots. The next day he peed in his crate and everywhere else in my house. Could the shots be related to this?

You didn't mention how old the puppy is, but he must still be very young. This isn't unusual behavior at all. Puppies have a very short attention span. The fact that he was doing good and then not, just means he's a puppy and is having a bad day. It's doubtful that the shots had anything to do with it.  If you have him on a strict schedule, just going to the vet and changing the schedule is enough to put him off.

Just be patient with him. It will take considerably more time and effort before he's house trained 100%. Give him time to grow up.
