what are the biggest breeds of bulldogs

That is an interesting question.  It would depend on if you mean weight wise, or dimensional measurements.

I would have to go with American Bulldogs and Victorian Bulldogs as being the biggest breeds.  Don't hold me to it, though, as many varieties of bullies exist, and I am not familiar with the more rare ones.
