spike my bulldog

hi my dog spike has bitten so many people it's unreal.he has always been around people and is not aggressive to other animals only people he is very very lovable to me and my boyfriend only and he also has this crazy behavior at when were in bed if you move your hands by him he trays to attack our hands but he doesn't bite us he just puts his mouth around our hand not biting us or hurting us just sometimes startles us

This appears to be a fear/insecurity response which has been going on way too long. It's sounds like a genetic temperment flaw.  Bulldogs rarely bite people without provocation. You would have to work with an animal behaviorist in order to stop this. Frankly, I'm surprised someone hasn't taken you to court by now if he's bitten so many people.
