Question

We just got a 6 month old english bullie.  Can you provide some tips on cleaning the anal area after she goes?

 Cleaning English bulldog's folds and cork screw tail :  tips:

Bulldog folds - place some PURE corn starch in the folds - after you have cleaned with a unscented baby wipe.  Place the corn starch in your hand and then use a q-tip to pat it into the folds.  Do this 1-2 x per day - Keeps the folds nice an dry.
*** If the folds are nice and clean with no smell, you don't have to do the corn starch ***

The human kind of Unscented baby wipes work great for the folds near the tail.
Just place the wipe into the folds about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep.  
( using light pressure to clean the fold areas)

Make sure you feed a quality food that has little to No Corn as the first 10 ingredeints.
Corn can be a problem for bulldogs. Corn can cause allergy problems and anal gland troubles.
