pregnant bully

Hey there is there any signs to know if my bully is pregant?I know to take her to the vet for x- rays but maybe any signs i can tell before i take her to the vet.I am still going to take her but just wondering.

An xray is most accurate if taken about a week before the dog's due date. By that time you can actually see the spines of puppies and get a better count.

By 4-5 weeks, you females nipples should be enlarged and very pink. If your dog has black nipples, this won't help. Usually females get wider especially if it's their first litter, rather than what most people would call fatter. If you look down on her from the top, chances are she has no waist if she's pregnant.

Sometimes I'll even have a female who gets morning sickness after the first 2-3 weeks.
