2 bulldogs

Question
We have a wonderful 4 year old male bulldog and are considering getting a female bulldog puppy.  I am a little worried about compatibility.  How will my 4 year old handle the new addition?

Answer
You know your dog better than anyone. How does he behave when other dogs come to your home? If he's neutered, and been well socialized, and if he gets along with other dogs now, there's no reason to believe that he would have a hard time accepting a puppy into this realm.

If he's aggressive toward strange dogs, or if he's not neutered, I would think twice about it.
