America Bulldog

Question
My American Bulldog looks like a popcorn machine...she breaks out with what looks to me like pimple scabs all over...I bathe her 3 times a week with selsen blue shampoo and cannot figure out how to fix her.  I've spent hundreds at the Vets and they put her on meds that cost an arm and a leg, but after a month, shes back to square one.....ANY IDEAS....please help

You didn't mention how old the dog is, but I'm assuming she's a puppy or fairly young? This sounds like puppy pyoderma or perhaps a staph infection. Pyoderma is usually seen only on the belly area and the chin though.  Staph can be everywhere.

Dogs who have chronic staph infections never get better. It's a life on medication or a real decision has to be made. The antibiotics and corticosteroids will depleat the immune system and you'll have a whole new set of problems eventually.

I'm sorry this isn't good news.
