dog racist bully

I've had DOLCE for a little over a year shes a 3 yr old american bulldog she came from a retired american bulldog breeder and Dolce being the @ the time only 65 lbs compared to the ohers @ 100+ she came w/ minor scars on her..so i know her past..sweet as can be great w/ kids even my now 3 month old shes even good w/ strangers weary but good.she behaves great @ dog parks and even w/ othr toy breeds and even has respect for cats. As w/ most dogs she gets excited when she sees another dog and i try and keep her seated until dogs pass so she doesn't lunge @ them. but on 2 occasions she has attacked dogs of the miniature schnauzer breed.she didn't hurt them at all no cuts no broken bones nothing..im really lucky. She broke lose from her collar i have now purchased a choke collar just in case..but i'm confused..I dont know whether to keep her away from all dogs just in case, or just that breed..

Terrier types seem to bring out the worst in a lot of dogs. If she gets along with other dogs, give her the benefit of the doubt. Work with her in situations you can control and then expand on it depending upon her reactions.

You should get her into obedience classes. It would be a huge benefit for both of you.
