Skin Issue

My 9 month old female bulldog, Lola, has some red spots on her belly and her legs which seem to have worsened the past couple of days (increased in number).  A couple are kind of scabby looking.  They don't seem to bother her (don't itch), but they are worrying me! Any ideas?

Chances are this is demodectic mange. You should get your dog to the vet asap and have a skin scraping done. If it is mange, your vet will recommend treatment. This dog shouldn't be used for breeding if the test is positive and should be spayed as soon as the mites are under control.
