Question
My little guy, Driver, is 6.5 months old and I've been feeding him Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance dog food for the past few months.  He's been thriving on it.  I've heard feeding a raw diet is better than feeding kibble.  I'm still thinking about it.  Are there any reliable websites or books that I should look in to?  Thanks.

Answer
If your dog is thriving on the food you're using, I would stick with it. If you just want to check out raw diets, look up B.A.R.F. diet online. The trouble with raw diets is that most include bones. Because Bulldogs have narrow airways anyway, the thought of having a bone get lodged in there scares me to death.
