My 1 year old blue nose pit might be pregnant. How can i tell??

My 1 year old Blue nose pit bull got with my Blue Fawn pit bull, now i think she might be pregnant.  What are some for sure signs that she is?  Her nipples are swelled, her tummy is starting to get big, she is eating like a pig, and peeing/pooping like one as well.  What does that mean??  PUPPIES????? Please help....

First thing is you want to make sure she isn't "eating like a pig". It's not healthy for her or any pups she may be carrying.  Too much food and the pups grow too large and you have complications in whelp.

When was she in season?  What day was she bred?   She may be experience a false pregnancy depending on the answers.
