I have a 3 year old st bernard that has never came in heat anything that I

If you have to do something chemically to bring your bitch into heat this is usually a sign that she should not be bred. Chemically or medically inducing a bitch to come into heat is not the best way to go about breeding. She maybe going through silent heats, or for some reason if she is not, that is nature's way of telling you that she shouldn't be bred. I would advise you to have her spayed to avoid any medical risks in the future but to not ponder on her not coming into heat too much as usually nature has a natural selection for these kinds of things.
