Question
Is there any good way to change a heat cycle pattern?  I cattle there are drugs "hormones" that can be administered to bring a cow into heat early.  Is this possible with dogs?  I have two German shepherds females that come into heat close together and I would like to spread them out if I can.

Answer
Hi Robin. I'm not sure how it works with cattle, but in dogs, I wouldn't reccomend anything that messes with a heat cycle, especially if the dog is to be bred in the future. I know how frustrating two girls in heat at the same time can be, but it's best to just let nature run her own course.
