husky ears

hi I was wondering if you could answer my question. I have a 2 month old siberian husky puppy whose dad was full blooded and mom was half sib and half malamute. The puppy I got had 1 ear standing up and one folded over, after 2 days of bringing her home both ears where standing up. One day I brought her outside to play with my other german shepherd and I don't know if she hurt the husky but her ear went back down like it was when I just brought her, this happened about a week ago and the ear has not stood up since. I was wondering if you think her ear will go back up again. Please let me know what you think about this.

Sorry I took so long to answer my email was down and I had no idea I had this question. So to your question. Sometimes when puppies are very small thier ears can get damaged and not stand again especially playing with other dogs. I have seen this happen in both Malamutes and Siberians. Sometimes even puppies ears fail to stand, but dont give up yet at this age puppies ears can be standing one day and all over the place the next. Give it time, but having said this sometimes a pups ears dont stand properly you will know in a month or two if it is for keeps. Hope this helps.
