Fish

I remember reading somewhere that fish was an essential part of the husky's natural diet. Is this the case? And if so, are sardines that come canned in water a good way to introduce fish into my 1 yr olds diet?

I would get a food that includes fish in the ingredients. I will ask around. I know there is some fish that are actually not good for them. I know tuna or albacore is one that isn't good for them, it actually causes harm. To be on the safe side get a food like Canadae which had fish in it. It also includes some sea plants which where part of a huskies original diet. -Michelle B
