Question
QUESTION: he is 2 months old. where should he be sleeping? inside or outside in fenced area?

ANSWER: If it is cold, I would have him sleeping inside in a crate. I probably would have a Siberian inside no matter what. When they get lonely or bored they make escape plans. They need company.

QUESTION: when will i be able to have him sleeping outside? i mean when he is at what age?

Answer
I would wait for 7 months of age at the earliest. But remember they have to be kept in a fenced in area (6ft fencing) and checked on often because they are escape artists. Also they have been known to do serous damage to peoples houses trying to get inside when they think they should be in. Especially if the dog is lonely. They are a pack oriented dog that needs something or someone keeping them company at ALL times. This is one reason why they aren't the breed for everyone.
