I have an 11 week old great dane puppy who has had a UTI about 1 month ago and she was having urine accidents in the house. She was treated for it and now she is having accidents while she is sleeping.  She doesn't even realize she is doing it. Is this normal for great dane puppies or should I be worried?

I do not think it is normal for an 11 week old Dane puppy to have accidents while she is sleeping. Are you sure that she is sleeping and not getting up at some point and just going to the bathroom? Is she being crate trained or does she have free roam of the house? I would have her re-tested for a UTI, if she was on medications and was not enough to completely treat it, she may still have some sort of infection going on.
