I think my Miniature Dachshund is pregnant by a bigger dog

I think my miniature dachshund is pregnant? Do I need to abort them and will she ever be able to have any more puppies?

What breed was she bred with?  Too big and she will undoubtedly have complications. If the breeding happened recently, you can take her to the vet for a treatment of oxytocin. It will clean out her system and she should still be able to conceive in the future, however there is always a slight risk that she may not.
