Jack Russell wont eat

Friday my Jack Russell had a miscarriage and took her to Vet on Sat. They gave her fluids,antibotics, and a shot to keep the uterus contracting. My worry is that she hasn't ate anything since Thurs. She goes out to potty and drinks water but refuses food of any kind. I've tried all her favorites plus some and not luck. She just lays around.
Could she be depressed or is this normal in dogs?

The hormonal changes in her body can make her "depressed" and lethargic. And are very common.

Try encouraging her to eat with some beef heart, chicken or canned food. Just in moderation so she doesn't get the runs.  You can also try giving her a stuffed toy to carry around.  Once her body gets back to normal, her personality will come back.
