Mom wont nurse puppies!!! Help!!

My chiuaua mom just had puppies today. she only had 2 and she won't nurse them. I gave them sugar water the first 30 minutes after birth to stimulate them but I notice she won't nurse them. she cares for them all other ways except that. Went to Pet Smart and got Pet Ag nursing kit with milk replacer but don't know how often to give them milk and I don't understand why she won't nurse them. Please help me they are so cute I don't want then to suffer!!!

Hi Angela. It's hard to say why mom won't nurse them. Some mom's just don't know what they're suppose to do right away. She may have something going on with her that needs to be seen by a vet. Give them milk every 2-3 hours. They'll let you know when it's time to eat.
