Puppies on first cycle

Hi, my shih tzu had puppies on her first cycle. She did fine with raising them, but will this affect her later when she breeds again. Will she have any problems later?

If she had an easy time the first time, then she may do ok the next time. Make sure you give mom plenty of time off between litters, and keep her healthy. Remember though, there's no guarantee that anytime a dog is breed will go smoothly, and there's always that chance of loosing the mom. People don't want to hear that, but it's the truth. Good luck!
