Its a Boy!... Its a Girl!

Hi is me again, My baby had her puppies this morning 1 boy and 1 girl she had an emergency c-section, Mom and babies are doing Good, the only concern i have is that she is licking them all the times and sometimes is a little rough, is this normal?

Hi. Congrats on the puppies! I'm glad that everyone is doing good. The licking is normal. I know that it seems like they get rough with them, but it helps to stimulate the pups. Just keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn't become compulsive. I've actually had one girl lick the pups bald. :-) Good luck!
