c section

I have a shih tzu that had a c section last litter. (A different owner) Sorry  I don't know any details about the birth.  If i breed her will she need another c section?

Hi Lisa. It really depends on what caused the section the first time. Some dogs need a section every time, some just need it the once. It's really hard to say for sure if she'll need another one or not. That's not something that anyone can answer, because we just don't know. I know this wasn't the answer you were looking for, but this isn't the kind of question that I can give a yes or no to. Just because she had one the first time doesn't absolutely mean that she'll absolutely have to have one the next, but be prepared just in case. Good luck, sorry I couldn't give you a better answer.
