Boxer in labor

My boxer has been in labor since this morning. We took her temp. at 8:30am and it was 97.9. She has not tried pushing but has had slight contractions. Should we be concerned due to the fact it is now 8:30pm. and we still have no puppies? Please let me know.

Hi Tina. I'm sorry I'm getting back to you late on this. I hope she's done something by now. If she hasn't, call your vet. Labor can last a reaaalllllyyyyy long time. You have to know what's normal, and when to call the vet. If she still hasn't done anything by now, definitely call the vet. Please let me know how things are going.
