My Shih-tzu & Labor

Hi I have a shih-tzu who is due any day now, today she has stayed in her bed all day long and when she would come out she wanted to go outside. So we let her out and she has had the runs for about 2hrs, she's panting very heavily her stomach is very hard when I touch her. Is it normal for her stomach to be hard and for her to have the runs. She has been paseing for the last few hours she keeps coming to me and running to the door. Do you think she's getting ready to go into labor???? please help me

What day in her pregnancy is she?
Is she still eating?
Is she nesting?  Does she have a whelping box where she can safely and quietly whelp?
When she goes outside is she looking to hide under something?

A hard stomach and panting can be signs that her pups are coming.
