Westie/shihtzu hair loss

I have a 10 week old female pup who had a great coat up until about a week ago. She has had a few fleas and have been treating with brewers yeast & garlic tabs,natural flea repellent with lavender,tea tree oil,oatmeal,etc.Her diet consists of a natural dog food so I don't know what else to do for her. Will her hair grow back or is she headed for the chinese crested look?

She could be allergic to the fleas or even the stuff you are putting on her.  I don't have much experience with natural flea remedies, everything I ever tried failed until I caved and got stuff from the vet.  I would hope that her hair does come back and it probably will, but to be on the safe side the vet should take a look.  Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
