Cleaning Electric Dog Clippers

How do I clean my electric clipper? My Yorkies hair is all over the blade. Does the blade come off? I just got an Andis clipper today, so I can shave my Yorkie and he look oh so cute!

I don't know what type of clippers you have but some have removable blades and some don't.  Either way you can get Andis or Oster cool lube and blade wash.  The cool lube you spray on the blade while it is running and the blade wash you put just the tip of the blade into while the clippers are running.  Also, if you ever get your blades sharpened they will do a good thorough cleaning.  You can also use a toothbrush to brush out the hair.  Let me know if you have any more questions.
