Lice

I was wondering if dogs can carry body lice. If so, how big are body lice? are they too small to see with the naked eye?

Answer
Dogs apparently have a different species of lice and can transmit to other dogs but different than head lice. They are really small- and lay eggs called nits- ughie. Similar to removing fleas- they can be controlled with basic flea shampoos- but don't use that on cats.
So the answer is yes and I think you can see them if you use a magnifying glass and a flea comb
