my mom is allergic to my golden retrievers fur...if i clean shave it..will she feel alright?

Sorry, not only will it not help your mother it is not really a good thing for your dog.
Dander and saliva are the cause of allergies, not hair. Can't get rid of those.
Your mother can try antihistamines but even some so called hypoallergenic dogs are not tolerated by some people.
