Shelties floppy ear

Question
Our 4 month old Sheltie had his ears glued by the breeder when they sprang up due to teething, and after the glue came out of his left ear about a week ago, it just flops all the way down. Re-gluing it doesn't keep it from flopping. Is there anything we can do, or will it eventually come back up by itself? Thank you for any info!

Answer
Oh dear- you will just have to go with the flow- I doubt if the gluing did that much damage but it was already predisposed towards the flop even tho it may pop up again once he starts adult molar teething. It's a waiting game for some. Things change from day to day just like with kids.
But you'll love him any old way -right?
Enjoy your new puppy!
