Grooming a Bichon Frise

I need to know EXACTLY what kind of clippers are needed to cut a Bichon Frise. What brand, model #, blade type, and preferably where I can get this, etc. I like to keep my dog with a very short cut, same length thru out body.

If you check my previous answers I explain how and what is needed to groom a poodle.  For a basic short clip you would use the same advice, when it comes to where to buy the clippers, try petedge.com or anywhere you can find them cheaper.  Let me know if you need more info that's not addressed in my other answers.
