my 3 yr old yorkie and his ears

My name is Jenn and my yorkie is Rocky.He just turned 3 yrs old and I have had him since he was 8 wks old.Rocky is my first yorkie.I was wondering his ears do NOT stand up at all.I tried cutting them to make them light. My question is : Is he too old for me to try and tame them to stand up , if not what can I do ?

Hi Jenn.  I'm not that familiar with Yorkie's and their ears.  However, I ran across a website that seems to have a lot of answers, and photo's of how to correct floppy ears on a Yorkie.
