QUESTION: I want to know if there is a wax or polish that you can put on the nails after you clip and sand them just to make them shiney and smooth.....

Sure there is.  You can actually buff or polish them.  They make polish just for dogs, check with your local pet store or one on line.  They have many colors as well as black and clear.

QUESTION: Thanks for your quick response.....I looked online and no one seems to have clear.....is there a specific website that would have this buffing wax or polish?

Hi Robyn,
I'll be happy to take a look for you.  It may be that they just aren't carrying the clear.  They do may hoof wax and hoof polish - (for horses) that would also work fine and be readily available at farm or tractor supply stores as well. Clear nail polish - a childrens variety would also work.
