Do you happen to know which breeds of dogs that don't shed?

Answer
Small dogs that don't shed are Poodles, yorkies, schnauzers, bichons to name a few.
Cockers dont' shed, of course minature poodles and then the standard poodles, standard schnauzers, any dog that has very long hair that is usually curly.

A good dog breed book will tell you which purebreds don't shed, however, mixed breeds that are a mix of a shedding dog, (say a lab) and a non shedding dog, (say a poodle) produce a labro-doodle that will generally shed, but to a degree that will differ from puppy to puppy depending on the genetics it inherits.
Your best bet to see if a puppy will shed is to look in its ears, a dog with hair in the opening of its ear, down inside the ear canal will not shed about 99% of the time. Dogs with no hair in their ears generally shed.
