giant schnauzer whiskers

I recently rescued a giant schnauzer and his whiskers had all been cut off.  Will
they grown out and if so, how long will it take?

Carol that's a big dog to have rescued! Good for you!
Sure they will grow back- must have been a mess to have had to shave them off. Giants can be reaaaaaaallly fussy about having the beards brushed and they get pretty messy so this may be a blessing while you are getting to know your new pal. It'll probably take 6-9 months to get a real pattern going for him.
