Sheltie ears

I have a 12 week old female sheltie that one ear is shaped up and the other ear flopps down.  Is there anything I can do so that both ears will be up and look the same?  Will it eventually be be in the up position like the other ear on its own?

your question does not pertain to grooming. I suggest you ask your breeder. However, I do know that most people prefer the ear tip folded, which requires a lengthy process. You may also find helpful information on breed forums.
